The SHELTERALL® Construction and Recycling Shelter

The SHELTERALL®, with a modular and cost-effective metal-textile construction, meets your storage needs in quarries, asphalt and concrete plants as well as on worksites.

SHELTERALL® for Construction / Recycling

For bulk storage, it will help you to improve your productivity:

  • Lower humidity rate / Homogeneous material quality
  • Elimination of the mixing risk / Dust reduction
  • Better stock rotation.

It can be used on your worksites to shelter your machines and your big bags and to improve your employees’ working conditions. The SHELTERALL® complies with the Eurocode EN1990 standards used for designing traditional buildings. The numerous applications of our shelters meet many requirements in building, public works and environment-related activities:

  • Equipment protection on the worksite
  • Covering of asphalt aggregates
  • Waste management and sheltering of materials to be recycled
  • Covering of salt bins
  • Other storage applications without foundations.

The SHELTERALL® can change over time to meet your needs. It can be dismantled, moved, extended or coupled to create new storage bins.

Extra-wide models (15.80 m and 25 m) offer new possibilities and can be adapted as the size of the equipment to be sheltered increases.

Tailor-made building

Our storage sheds are made of a galvanised steel structure and of a beige, green/white or grey/white covering membrane.

Depending on the models, the width of the building can vary from 4.50 m to 25 m.

Shelters up to 12 m wide do not require anchoring, but can be installed without foundations

For models up to 25 m wide, a gravity wall without anchoring may be sufficient.

As an option, you can choose a closing system: sheet gable / rolling door or rigid gable with raisable or sliding door (2 leaves) in order to secure your SHELTERALL®. The anchoring system can also be adapted to your requirements for installation on any type of ground (bitumen, concrete, earth, etc.): screw-in anchor, grab anchor, anchor pins.

The height at the ridge is important. It allows for the use of semi-trailers and large worksite vehicles.
