We aim to deliver all our Ride Ons and certain power machinery personally, this allows us to explain and demonstrate how to operate it, ensure it suits your needs and answer any questions you might have. 

All items will be shipped withing 3-5 working days, delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method. 

In the event of any shipping delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

Shipping Costs: 

Purchases under 30kg cost €10 per parcel – delivered via An Post  

Delivery of items over 30kg cost €70 depending on location. Local delivery within a 40km radius is free of charge.

Assembly of certain items can be arranged in advance, please contact us for more information.

 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will contact you to arrange a collection, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package.  

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

Defective or damaged goods 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of your items appear to be defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and make any necessary arrangements. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for refunds to reach your bank account as these can take some time to process. 


We will discuss return shipping costs with you once we have received all the details. We reserve the right to request payment for return shipping costs which may be deducted from your refund.  


If you wish to exchange your item(s), the fastest way is to return your item(s) and make a separate purchase once your refund has been processed.
